How does Pikwi work?
You can sign up to Pikwi as a regular user, delivery peer and a delivery partner.
Regular users can send a request to Pikwi to send or receive an item to or from another regular user.
A regular user can submit their order to receive or send a delivery via the Pikwi app.
A delivery peer will then choose to pick up your order for delivery to the receiver.
To expedite your delivery, you can link up with one of our delivery partners for faster delivery at lower costs.
You can track the delivery progress via the Pikwi app.
Delivery peers who opt into Pikwi’s advertising revenue share scheme automatically get paid by according to specific criteria they fulfill.

What are the requirements to become Pickwer?
There are no restrictions as a user for receiving deliveries, however you require to be a verified user in order to deliver items.
What if there are missing or incorrect products in the order?
If you received an incomplete or incorrect delivery, please go to your profile on the app and click ‘Help & Support’. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Will I be charged for cancellation?
We currently don’t charge any fee for order cancelation.
What if I just want to modify my order?
If you want to change your order, you just have to contact your courier. From the moment a courier accepts your order, you can contact each other by phone to answer any queries that may arise.
What type of payment cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Is it safe to add my debit/credit card?
Our payment system through the app is completely safe. To further ensure your security, we avoid storing any banking data.
How do I request an invoice?
You can download an invoice by going to “My Orders” section in app and looking for the order you want to download an invoice from.
